My Journey: I started doing Pilates myself in 2008 and really enjoyed it. I saw changes in my body and many benefits like more muscle tone, core strength, better posture and flexibility.
But I wanted more - so I balanced my fitness program with work-outs in the gym as well, to incorporate resistance training with weights and increase my fitness with cardio.
It didn’t take me long to decide that I wanted to help others achieve what I had through coming to the gym and doing Pilates.
I started teaching Pilates Mat classes in 2009 and added in the fitness studio coaching in 2010
What drives me?: I love meeting new people and developing relationships with clients. It’s so great to watch them achieve their goals and working with the team at Core is awesome!
