Core Studios offer the following Pilates Classes, targeted at different levels of skill and experience. 

Foundation Class

Starting class for beginners.

Improve & Challenge

Improvers is the next level of Pilates for those wanting to build on the Foundation level and Challenge offers the more experienced a dynamic workout.

Ball Class

A complete body workout using a swiss ball.

Personal & Corporate

Either 1 to 1 training or small group training with specfic exercises designed for you.

Antenatal & Postnatal

Low impact Pilates is great way to help your body through this special time in your life. Bring baby along too!
