Foundation

The Foundation programme teaches the basic principles of the Pilates method in small group classses over five consecutive weeks.

The programme will help you to:

  • develop a better understanding of your body 
  • activate stabilising muscles to improve your posture 
  • create a stronger, more supple body to move through life with greater comfort and confidence.

All classes run for 75 minutes

Classes are taught by qualified (PIA) experienced instructors

Cost - five classes $160.00

Programme dates - the programmes run from February each year contact us to find a course date that suits you.

Bookings are essential, class numbers are limited. to 6 people per instructor.
